As the Warehouse Safety Manager, you will:
- Lead Safety Initiatives: Reduce risks and improve processes to create a safe, healthy environment for our employees
- Analyze and Act: Review EHS metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions where safety risks are highest
- Audit and Improve: Conduct frequent site audits and develop strategies to eliminate non-compliance and injury risks
- Build Strong Partnerships: Establish high-quality relationships with leadership and foster a culture of accountability
- Train and Empower: Ensure site leadership and employees are fully trained and knowledgeable in all EHS policies
- Lead Environmental Solutions: Facilitate safety committee meetings and drive initiatives that reduce environmental waste streams
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with deep expertise in both environmental and safety programs
- 5+ years of Workers' Compensation management experience
- Proven ability to develop and implement EH&S programs internationally
- A thorough understanding of EHS-related government regulations and national safety standards within the US
